내가 블로그를 처음 시작했던 것은 대학교 3학년 이후 휴학을 하고 오페어(Au Pair)를 하러 미국에 갔을 때인 2008년이었다. 간호대학을 다니면서는 정말.. 글은 커녕 생각도 하기 어려울 정도로 바빴기에, 여유가 있을때 블로그를 만들어서 이제 생각과 글을 좀 정리해야겠다 싶었던 것 같다. 어떤 플랫폼으로 할까 고민을 되게 많이 했던 것 같은데, 지금 찾아보니 처음엔 Blogspot이란 곳에서 시작했었다. Eat, Pray,Love를 읽은 후, 블로그 타이틀을 Challenge Pray Love로 지었던 기억이 난다. Challenge Pray Love (yoonhye.blogspot.com) 여기에 일기처럼 기록을 조금씩 올리다가.. 한국 전문간호사제도 발전 방안 모색

필자는 2017년 여름, 아동전문간호사 자격을 취득했다. 임상에서의 역량 강화를 위해 선택한 과정이었다. 상근직으로 근무하면서 야간에 수업을 듣는 것도, 조직 구성원들의 배려를 받아 off를 받고 실습을 다니는 것도, 여러모로 쉬운 일은 아니었다. 그 와중에 첫째를 임신하고 출산했고, 남편과 친정 엄마의 배려를 받아가며 퇴근 후, 그리고 주말에 공부를 했다. 여러 우여곡절 끝에 결국 전문간호사 자격증을 취득했다. 자격증을 취득한다고 특별히 어떤 인센티브가 생기는 건 없었다. 실은 알고 시작하긴 했다. 너무 힘들 때는 내가 진짜 뭘 위해 이 고생을 하나 싶어 슬럼프에 빠지기도 했지만, 환자에게 조금 더 이로운 돌봄을 제공할 수 있으리라는, 분명히 어딘가는 써먹을 데가 생기리라는 초심으로 버텼고, 결국 끝은 났다. 경제적 차원에서 … Read more

A nurse is someone who professionally cares for individuals with health deficiencies.
